Woods & Co Recruitment has partnered with a leading national energy broker that is shaking up the commercial & industrial energy space. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven C&I Energy Consultant to join a high-performing team based in a modern Melbourne office, working across a national portfolio of clients.

You’ll be leveraging your consultative sales approach and energy market knowledge to deliver tailored energy solutions to C&I customers.

What do you do?

• Identify, qualify, and close new C&I energy opportunities
• Manage a pipeline of large commercial clients across electricity and gas
• Conduct usage analysis and develop tailored energy solutions
• Liaise with procurement, operations, and technical teams to deliver outcomes
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Stay across regulatory and market changes impacting the C&I sector

What do you need?

• 2+ years’ experience in a C&I energy sales or consulting role
• Strong understanding of the Australian energy market
• Proven ability to build and close deals with large commercial clients
• Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Results-driven with a consultative and solutions-based mindset
• Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously
