Woods & Co are working with a long-established, highly respected manufacturer specialising in high-end timber products for residential and commercial builds across Australia. What You'll Be Doing: 

• Crafting, assembling, and installing custom timber staircases and components
• Working closely with a small, highly skilled team
• Ensuring workmanship meets the highest standards
• Mentoring apprentices and sharing your knowledge
• Using advanced CNC machinery to streamline and enhance output

  
What you’ll need: 

• Trade qualification in carpentry, cabinet making, or joinery
• Demonstrated experience in timber construction or staircase fabrication
• Strong eye for detail and pride in quality craftsmanship
• Current Australian driver’s licence
• Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a supportive team culture
