Whether you're shaking cocktails, pouring pints, or delivering seamless floor service, you’ll be at the heart of major music gigs, weddings, upscale corporate functions, and large-scale expos.
Positions Available: - Cocktail Bartenders (cocktail experience essential).
- Bar Supervisors.
- Event Bartenders.
- Bar Backs.
- Bussies.
- Runners (must be able to carry 3 plates and trays of drinks & food).

What do you do? - Serve drinks at high-volume event bars.
- Mix and present classic and custom cocktails (for bartenders).
- Deliver professional wait service, including carrying plates, trays of drinks & clearing tables.
- Support bar operations: restocking, glass collection, and general cleaning.
- Work as part of a dynamic, high-performing hospitality team.
- Maintain clean and tidy bar and service areas during and after events.
What do you need? - Minimum 2 years of experience in bar, cocktail, or event service roles.
- Confident cocktail-making skills (essential for bartender roles).
- Ability to carry 3 plates, trays of drinks & food, and clear 5 (crucial to waitstaff).
- Current RSA (mandatory for all positions).
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude.
- Availability on evenings, weekends, and major event dates.
