This position will see you as an important leader within the business working closely with Senior Management across the Australian and Asia Pac business. You will be leading from the front and be confident in reaching their ambitious goals in the next 12-24 months. You will be managing their largest category and focussing on relationships across the major Grocery and Retail channels as well as their National and International sourcing partners. This position is essential to the continued success of this business.
The ideal candidate will have a concrete understanding of the FMCG sector and have 5+ years Category and Budgeting experience. You will have a solid understanding of the Major retail market with direct experience with Major Grocery chains including Coles & Woolworths, Pharmacy and Retail chains. You will have up-to-date knowledge in best practice and be able to demonstrate a track record of success. You will have a strategic mindset resulting in increased overall sales and performance in your previous roles.
