Woods & Co Recruitment is excited to be partnering with Melbourne’s most memorable photo booth experience, to find a motivated and tech savvy Client Experience and Technical Support Coordinator.
This company brings creativity, design and hospitality together to deliver high quality photo booth installations across Melbourne’s top venues. From pubs and clubs to major events, their booths are designed to look incredible and perform flawlessly every time.
This role is perfect for someone who loves variety and balance, combining customer service, admin coordination and technical troubleshooting. You will be the friendly voice clients rely on for quick support and the go to problem solver who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

What do you do? - Respond to client messages and emails with warmth and professionalism.
- Monitor booth operations and manage backend systems using in house software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues or escalate when needed.
- Coordinate with operations and events teams before and during activations.
- Provide live tech support remotely during evening events, Thursday or weekend nights.
- Assist with booth installs and learn the setup and maintenance process
- Visit venues to resolve on site technical or hardware issues.
- Maintain logs of faults, updates, and event documentation.
What do you need? - Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Previous experience in admin, events, hospitality, or tech support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Calm, organised, and solutions focused when troubleshooting.
- Based in Melbourne with the ability to attend sites as needed.
- Drivers licence and access to a vehicle preferred.
Availability: - Thursday (Day): Work from home or on site.
- Friday or Saturday (Evening): Remote monitoring and live tech support until 1AM.
- Sunday: 1 to 2 hours of remote work or occasional site visits.
