Client Services Officer to be the face of the business and provide high-level support across reception, administration, executive assistance, and client care.

What do you do? - Be the first point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service
- Prepare and manage ASIC and ATO correspondence
- Assist accountants with lodgements, compliance & administration
- Maintain accurate client records in Xero Practice Manager and related systems
- Liaise with clients to collect information and resolve queries
- Support the team with general client service and admin tasks
What do you need? - Previous experience in a Client Services / Administration role within an accounting firm (essential)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Xero Practice Manager experience highly regarded
- A team-player attitude with a proactive and professional approach
