Senior Client Services Officer to join their close-knit team and play an integral role in delivering an exceptional client experience to a sophisticated, high-net-worth client base.

What do you do? - Manage all aspects of client onboarding, implementation, and ongoing service
- Prepare and process applications, ROAs, and other advice documentation
- Liaise with product providers and investment platforms to ensure timely execution
- Maintain client records and CRM data to compliance standards
- Support advisers in the preparation of review meetings and portfolio updates
- Provide guidance and support to junior client service staff
What do you need? - Minimum 4 years’ experience in a Client Services or Client Manager role within wealth management or financial planning
- Sound knowledge of Xplan and major investment platforms
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to build strong client relationships
- Professional, proactive, and solutions-focused attitude
