What do you do?

• Client communication & liaison
• Provide exceptional Customer Service
• Present knowledge & information
• Manage client information & portfolios
• General administration
• Liaise with internal office support team regularly
• Report to Team Leader
• Work towards deadlines and meet KPI’s  

What do you need?

• 2 + years’ experience in Financial Planning/Banking
• A positive workplace attitude
• The ability to learn & utilise current skills
• Ability to work autonomously & in a team
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent time management & organisational skills
• Excellent written & verbal communication
• Ability to liaise with clients in a professional manner
• Industry knowledge
