Woods & Co have partnered with one of Melbourne's leading, family-owned Wealth Advisory firms. We have the exciting task of sourcing a Client Services Support Officer to join their award-winning practice here in Melbourne!
As a Client Services Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing processing support to the Client Services team, the Planning team, and Hewison clients. You will be accountable for ensuring accurate and timely execution of tasks allocated to you and promoting an environment of collaboration and trust in a highly engaged team who are living the Hewison values.

What do you do? - Provide support to the Client Services team by assisting in the printing and posting of documents, maintaining records, and other ad hoc tasks
- Ensure tasks allocated are completed accurately and within required
timelines, adhering to standards and SLAs - Provide quality customer service, answering enquiries and effectively handling complaints
- Proactively identify risks and issues within the business and escalate
appropriately to the Team Leader - Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying
opportunities to enhance processes and improve productivity - Work as a key member of the Operations team by supporting other members of the team as and when required
What do you need? - A minimum of 1 experience in the financial services industry in a
similar role - High attention to detail and accuracy
- Intermediate to advance skills in Microsoft Office
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
- Online banking experience
