Woods & Co Recruitment has partnered with a fast-growing specialty coffee brand born out of a partnership with one of Australia’s largest end-to-end café supply platforms. With a thriving network of 400–600 active hospitality clients already purchasing café supplies, this brand is now scaling its coffee offering to these same clients and is looking for a driven Coffee Sales Representative to lead the charge.
This is not a cold-calling sales job. You’ll walk into a pipeline of cafés already partnered, with a goal of converting these existing relationships into coffee customers. You’ll sell coffee blends, machines, and flexible bundles designed to integrate seamlessly into their day-to-day operations.
You’ll be based in Keysborough, but your day-to-day will be on the road, managing your own book of metro Melbourne accounts. Backed by quality blends, a competitive distribution model and strong support, this is a role where the right candidate can build out their own sales team and become a leader within the business.
