What you’ll do… - The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of commercial and property matters
- Take ownership of your client base, with the autonomy to focus on clients and matters that align with your interests and expertise within commercial and property law
- Handle a diverse range of matters, including contracts, leasing, property transactions, and dispute resolution
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, sale agreements, and leasing documents
- Advising clients and preparing formal legal opinions across various industries
- Negotiating with counterparts
- Matter completion, settlements and post-closing work
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, delivering exceptional service
- Collaborate with colleagues in a supportive and collegiate environment to help grow the practice
What you need… - A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in commercial and/or property law
- The successful candidate will have completed or recently completed their period of supervision
- Excellent team member and collaborator
- Commercial approach to practice and a confident ability to negotiate contracts for sale and commercial leases
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with LEAP
- Confidently and effectively communicate and interact with clients and build on client relationships proactively
