Woods & Co has partnered with a modern, high-end law firm that’s making serious moves—now expanding its well-established Sydney presence to Melbourne. They’re on the hunt for a driven Junior to Mid-Level Solicitor to join their Corporate & Commercial team and play a key role in launching the Melbourne office.

What you’ll be doing:

• Partner closely with senior lawyers to win and grow Melbourne-based client relationships
• Advise on commercial contracts, governance, restructures, and M&A transactions
• Provide legal and compliance support across a wide range of industries, especially healthcare and pharmacy
• Draft, review, and negotiate high-level legal documents
• Play a key role in growing the Melbourne team and shaping the office culture

What you’ll need:

• 2+ years post-admission experience in corporate, commercial, or regulatory law
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Highly personable, polished and possess a client-first mindset
• A proactive, collaborative approach with a desire to build something new
