They are seeking a professional and personable Corporate Receptionist to be the first point of contact for the firm. As the face of the organisation, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and staff.
Responsibilities: - Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure meeting spaces are set up and tidy
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed
Requirements: - Previous experience in a corporate receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanour with a friendly and approachable attitude
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Benefits: - Competitive salary package - $60,000 - $65,000 + Super
