Woods & Co has partnered with a family-owned company, and leading coffee roaster based out in Thornbury who are on the hunt for an outgoing, coffee lover to deliver not only coffee based products but also impeccable customer service.

What do you do?

• Deliver coffee and coffee equipment to clients
• Build relationships with existing clients 
• Pick and pack orders
• Ensure clients stock level and equipment is sufficient
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise
• Communicate & liaise with internal departments

What do you need?

• Coffee experience and knowledge is preferred
• Customer Centric and impeccable customer service
• The ability to resolve issues that arise
• Ability to multi-task & great communication skills 
• A reliable, friendly, can-do attitude
• Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to use own initiative & great work ethic
