What do you do? - Deliver coffee and coffee equipment to clients
- Build relationships with existing clients
- Pick and pack orders
- Ensure clients stock level and equipment is sufficient
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Communicate & liaise with internal departments
What do you need? - Coffee experience and knowledge is preferred
- Customer Centric and impeccable customer service
- The ability to resolve issues that arise
- Ability to multi-task & great communication skills
- A reliable, friendly, can-do attitude
- Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to use own initiative & great work ethic
