What do you do? - Inbound calls regarding product inquiries, orders, stock, warranties, and trading terms
- Take full responsibility for managing order fulfilment to guarantee customer satisfaction
- Communicate with external stakeholders regarding credits, deliveries, and stock
- Provide expert insight into product information, services, and pricing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Contribute to team meetings, planning sessions, and work schedule reviews
- Identify, escalate, and resolve complex situations efficiently
What you need? - 1-2 years experience working in high performing customer success teams
- Worked within the construction or building industry (Preferred)
- Experience working within a distribution/logistics environment (Preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills, resilience, diligence and organised
- Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office
