We're looking for a Customer Success Representative to deliver exceptional customer service and manage escalation. • $60,000-$65,000 + Super + Annual Bonus

What do you do?

• Inbound calls regarding product inquiries, orders, stock, warranties, and trading terms
• Take full responsibility for managing order fulfilment to guarantee customer satisfaction
• Communicate with external stakeholders regarding credits, deliveries, and stock
• Provide expert insight into product information, services, and pricing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Contribute to team meetings, planning sessions, and work schedule reviews
• Identify, escalate, and resolve complex situations efficiently

What you need?

• 1-2 years experience working in high performing customer success teams
• Worked within the construction or building industry (Preferred)
• Experience working within a distribution/logistics environment (Preferred)
• Strong interpersonal skills, resilience, diligence and organised
• Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office
