We are seeking an experienced Development Manager to join a dynamic property firm that delivers high-quality residential projects across Brisbane. This role requires a strong background in residential property development, with expertise in managing projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, design, and delivery of residential development projects.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to assess potential development opportunities.
• Prepare and manage financial models, budgets, and project forecasts.
• Oversee the approvals process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and planning frameworks.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, and local authorities.
• Coordinate project timelines, ensuring key milestones are met efficiently.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Contribute to the strategic growth and innovation of the development pipeline.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Property Development, Real Estate, Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in residential property development, ideally in Brisbane.
• Strong financial acumen, including experience with feasibility analysis and budgeting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in property development software (e.g., Estate Master) an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
