Energy Sales Specialist

We’re on the hunt for an Energy Sales Specialist who’s ready to make an impact! In this exciting role, you’ll be the voice behind the brand,  supporting new and existing business customers, uncovering their needs, and delivering smart, value-driven energy solutions that make a real difference.
This is a fast-paced, phone-based role where every conversation counts.

You’ll engage with both residential and SME customers, combining exceptional service with smart sales strategies to drive growth and strengthen relationships to improve the overall customer experience.

What's in it for you:
  • $60,000 - $70,000 + Super + Lucrative Commission
  • Start 27th October | 3 weeks training to start 
  • Monday - Friday (Rotating Roster)

What do you do?
  • Onboard and welcome new customers, assisting with move-ins, move-outs, solar, and site connections.
  • Handle inbound sales and service enquiries, identifying customer needs and providing tailored energy solutions.
  • Deliver first-contact resolution for billing, service, and technical enquiries.
  • Manage and maintain a diverse portfolio of SME and residential customers across electricity, natural gas, solar, and broadband.
  • Act as the single point of contact for all customer needs, delivering premium account management and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Accurately maintain and update CRM records and documentation.
  • Proactively upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify business improvements and enhance the customer journey.
What do you need:
  • Citizenship or Permanent Residency 
  • Start on 27th October 2025
  • Experience in customer service, sales, call handling role
  • High-level verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive mindset and passion for learning
  • Demonstrated computer literacy
  • Great attitude to learn and to develop in a fast-paced start up environment
