- Waiters (Must be able to 3-plate carry, 5-plate clear)
- General Labourers (Event set-up & pack-down)

What you do: - Food & beverage service across bars and general event spaces.
- Wait service (3-plate carry & 5-plate clear required).
- Event set-up and pack-down (for general labourers).
- Ticket scanning and front-of-house guest management.
- Bar service, drink preparation (cocktail experience highly regarded)
- Street cleaning and rubbish disposal post-event (bar staff responsibility).
- Stock replenishment, general cleaning and team support.
- Fast-paced service and working together as a team.
What you need: - Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or events preferred.
- Cocktail experience (for bartender roles).
- Must be able to 3-plate carry and 5-plate clear (for waitstaff).
- Current RSA (required for all roles).
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- High attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Available nights, weekends, and major event days.
