Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with one of Melbourne's busiest and most iconic event venues to find reliable and experienced hospitality event staff for ongoing weekly shifts. Whether you're a seasoned bartender, a confident waiter, or just love the energy of live events, there's a role here for you.

This is your chance to work behind the scenes at some of Melbourne’s top events, including international touring acts, high-end corporate events and large-scale expos. Gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while being part of the action.

• Cocktail Bartenders
• Bar Supervisors
• Bartenders
• Bussies (Runners)
• Ticket Scanners
• Bar Backs
• Waiters (Must be able to 3-plate carry, 5-plate clear)
• General Labourers (Event set-up & pack-down)

What you do:

• Food & beverage service across bars and general event spaces.
• Wait service (3-plate carry & 5-plate clear required).
• Event set-up and pack-down (for general labourers).
• Ticket scanning and front-of-house guest management.
• Bar service, drink preparation (cocktail experience highly regarded)
• Street cleaning and rubbish disposal post-event (bar staff responsibility).
• Stock replenishment, general cleaning and team support.
• Fast-paced service and working together as a team.

What you need:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or events preferred.
• Cocktail experience (for bartender roles).
• Must be able to 3-plate carry and 5-plate clear (for waitstaff).
• Current RSA (required for all roles).
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• High attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Available nights, weekends, and major event days.
