They are looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and adept at driving tasks and projects to completion while keeping the executive up-to-date and focused on key priorities.

What will you do? - Provide executive and personal support to senior leaders
- Manage emails and scheduling for the Managing Partner
- Coordinate projects, ensuring prioritisation based on commercial importance and business impact
- Maintain consistency in communications and stakeholder interactions
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication
- Represent the executive in meetings, handling communications professionally
- Coordinate meetings, including planning, minute-taking, and reporting
- Prepare and format reports, business papers, and presentations
What do you need? - Experience as an EA with senior management
- Exceptional networking skills and the ability to communicate warmly yet firmly
- Incredible attention to detail and outstanding organisational skills
- A professional approach with strict confidentiality
- Ability to take minutes and report following meetings
- Initiative and forward planning capabilities
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements
- Copywriting, design, or data analytics skills are a plus (but not mandatory)
- Melbourne-based candidates preferred
