As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a critical role in driving financial strategy and operational performance across a diverse portfolio. You will collaborate closely with leadership and operational teams to provide insightful financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting that supports business growth and community impact.

What do you do? - Partner with business units to develop financial plans aligned with strategic goals
- Provide detailed financial analysis and performance reporting to stakeholders
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Advise on cost management, investment decisions, and financial risks
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sustainable and community-focused outcomes
What do you need? - Proven experience in a finance business partnering or senior finance role, ideally within leisure, hospitality, or public sector environments
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in financial systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Excel
- A collaborative, proactive approach with a passion for community impact
