Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with a decade old, tree-care business located in Clayton South. With strong Melbourne roots and a now very established business, who are looking for a Finance Manager to join their expanding team

- Competitive salary range between $130,000 - $150,000 + Super
What do you do? - Management Reporting - Provide monthly reports with recommendations to the executive team, reviewed weekly and monthly.
- Payroll and Tax Management - Ensure timely updates and payments for GST, PAYG, payroll, etc, aligned with cash flow forecasts and monthly reports to directors.
- End-of-Month Reporting - Complete accurate financial forecasts, budgets, and reports on time with clear financial notes.
- Company Benchmarks - Maintain weekly business functions to meet benchmarks, review semi-annually with the executive team.
- Financial Procedures Improvement - Enhance reporting structures, IT systems, and financial procedures, reviewing semi-annually as directed by the executive team.
Must haves? - 3+ years experience working in a similar role (Management or Financial Accountant)
- Experience managing large company growth periods
- CA or CPA qualified
- Well versed in Xero
Nice to haves?
- Experience in building and construction industry
