This vibrant indoor space offers hands-on, sensory, and imaginative play experiences for children, combined with quality café service, making it the perfect environment for someone who loves creating memorable moments for families while keeping service standards high.

Positions Available:

• Front of House Staff.
• Barista.
• Reception / Play Guides (All-Rounders).

What do you do?

• Greet and check in guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Facilitate play and interactive experiences for children.
• Host children birthday parties.
• Act a receptionist when required. 
• Prepare and serve quality coffee, drinks, and light snacks.
• Support parties and scheduled activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting play and café area.
• Provide excellent customer service to families and children.
• Support the team with daily venue operations.

What do you need?

• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
• Food Handling Certificate (Level 1 minimum preferred).
• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or childcare is highly regarded.
• Barista experience is a bonus.
• A friendly, energetic, and proactive attitude.
