Owned by a prominent property development company known for creating high-end hospitality venues, this role offers an opportunity to lead the culinary vision for a venue that aims to redefine local dining with innovative and memorable experiences. The focus is on crafting exceptional dishes that not only delight the palate but also contribute to the overall welcoming and sophisticated environment of the venue.

What do you do?
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen, including menu development, food preparation, and presentation.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the kitchen team.
- Collaborate closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure a seamless front-of-house & back-of-house experience.
- Manage food costs, inventory, and suppliers to optimise efficiency and maintain quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations in the kitchen.
- Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation in the kitchen.
- Handle rostering, training, and development of kitchen staff.
What do you need? - Proven experience as a Head Chef in fine dining or high-end casual dining.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead & inspire a kitchen team.
- Creativity and passion for food, with the ability to create innovative & memorable dishes.
- Solid financial management skills, including food cost control and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially with front-of-house teams.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of current culinary trends and techniques.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
