You will lead the charge in managing all aspects of marketing, from national promotions and local area marketing plans to opening campaigns for new venues. What do you do? - Manage and develop a growing marketing team, currently consisting of a Marketing Coordinator and a Graphics Designer, with plans to expand soon.
- Create and manage the annual marketing calendar, including national promotions, local area marketing, and opening campaigns for new venues.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets that align with strategic plans to maximise revenue and ROI.
- Oversee the creation of compelling digital ads, manage external digital marketing resources, and analyse data from platforms like Google and Facebook to drive ad performance and growth.
- Design and launch strategic campaigns to increase revenue, focusing on B2B marketing for corporate events and lead generation.
- Implement email nurture streams to boost customer retention and lead conversion. Develop initiatives to add value to customers and support brand loyalty.
- Lead brand strategy, including tone of voice, visual identity, and rebranding initiatives. Manage website updates to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with PR teams to maintain consistent media coverage and build social proof. Develop commercial partnerships to elevate brand presence and create unique experiences.
What do you need? - A degree in marketing or a related field.
- 7-10+ years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the hospitality, events, or e-commerce sectors.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
- Expertise in digital marketing, including data analysis and campaign optimisation on platforms like Google and Facebook.
- Experience in B2B marketing and lead generation strategies.
- Strong understanding of email marketing and customer retention.
- Experience in brand development and managing rebranding projects.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with PR teams and enhance media presence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; copywriting certification is a plus.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative thinking with a demonstrated ability to generate and execute commercially viable marketing ideas.
