What you’ll be doing

• Direct all stages of electrical project delivery, ensuring compliance, safety, and on-time completion.
• Supervise and support crews, promoting technical excellence, safety awareness, and professional growth.
• Address on-site challenges promptly while maintaining control over timelines, costs, and project quality.
• Collaborate across units to streamline resource use, align schedules, and unify work standards.
• Manage project communications, resolve stakeholder concerns, and build lasting client relationships.
• Develop and execute business development and account management strategies, including cultivating client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and overseeing key accounts to support revenue generation.

What you’ll need

• Holds a current A-Grade Electrical Licence (Victoria).
• Brings 5–7+ years of practical electrical experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
• Demonstrated success in delivering electrical projects across commercial, industrial, or infrastructure sectors.
• Proficient with job management and scheduling software; experience with AroFlo is highly regarded.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead teams and engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of electrical standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in Business Development and Account Management
