What you’ll be doing - Direct all stages of electrical project delivery, ensuring compliance, safety, and on-time completion.
- Supervise and support crews, promoting technical excellence, safety awareness, and professional growth.
- Address on-site challenges promptly while maintaining control over timelines, costs, and project quality.
- Collaborate across units to streamline resource use, align schedules, and unify work standards.
- Manage project communications, resolve stakeholder concerns, and build lasting client relationships.
- Develop and execute business development and account management strategies, including cultivating client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and overseeing key accounts to support revenue generation.
What you’ll need - Holds a current A-Grade Electrical Licence (Victoria).
- Brings 5–7+ years of practical electrical experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
- Demonstrated success in delivering electrical projects across commercial, industrial, or infrastructure sectors.
- Proficient with job management and scheduling software; experience with AroFlo is highly regarded.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead teams and engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of electrical standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in Business Development and Account Management
