People & Culture Business Partner to join their People & Culture team!
As a key advisor to mid and senior leaders, you’ll provide strategic and operational HR support across all facets of People & Culture. You’ll play a pivotal role in enabling workforce planning, capability development, employee relations, engagement, and organisational change.

What will you do? - Partner with and influence leaders to deliver proactive HR solutions aligned with organisational strategy
- Lead and deliver internal HR consultancy and advisory services across all areas of People & Culture
- Provide expert guidance on enterprise agreements, legislation, and industrial relations matters
- Manage complex employee relations cases, including performance management, grievances, investigations, and dispute resolution
- Drive workforce planning initiatives, analysing business needs and developing long-term talent and job design strategies
- Collaborate with the Organisational Development team to enhance performance, leadership capability, and employee engagement
- Champion organisational change, policy implementation, and the embedding of People & Culture initiatives into everyday practice
What do you need? - Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline
- Proven experience in a HR Business Partnering role with broad generalist exposure
- Strong understanding of enterprise agreements, industrial relations, and employment legislation
- Demonstrated experience in case management, workforce planning, and organisational development
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Current Working with Children’s Check (Employee)
