Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with a decade old, trades service business located in Clayton South. This established business is looking to experience 400% growth which has been forecasted by the end of 2024.
The successful candidate will be required to lead several strategic plans to develop and motivate employees across the business.

What do you do? - Strategic planning to maintain and improve company culture
- Lead career development and training of employees
- Assist in implementing engagement and support programs
- Contribute, review and update company policies
- Develop talent acquisition processes
What do you need? - 4-6 + years in a similar position within construction or trade services industry
- Proven knowledge and experience within the EBA & CFMEU schemes
- Knowledge of performance management and development plans
- Compensation and wage structure
- Understanding of employment laws
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent computer and software skills
