Woods & Co Recruitment is partnering with a highly respected, Australian-owned and operated commercial metal provider to find a driven Internal Sales professional. In this role, you will work closely with the Sales Manager to meet customer needs, manage projects efficiently, and develop strong, lasting client relationships.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, engaging with clients, and continuously growing their industry knowledge. You’ll be supported with thorough training and ongoing mentoring, giving you the skills, confidence, and understanding needed to succeed. What do you do?

• Build and strengthen relationships with customers through consistent communication
• Prepare clear and accurate quotations promptly
• Coordinate and oversee customer projects from beginning to completion
• Respond to technical and general enquiries with professionalism
• Engage with existing and warm leads via phone, email, and other channels to build strong client relationships
• Contribute positively to a dynamic and supportive workplace culture

What do you need?

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-first approach.
• The ability to read and understand CAD drawings is an advantage.
• Sales or manufacturing experience is highly regarded but not essential.
• A proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
