Job Description

Woods & Co is proudly working with a well-established national-based landscape contractor. With long-term significant growth and proven experience across a diverse range of sectors, this has led to the appointment of an experienced estimator to join the successful team.

Candidates with a minimum of 3 years of estimating experience in the landscape or civil sector will be considered for the role.

What do you do?

• Reviewing tender packages and preparing cost estimates for materials and labour
• Pre-tender meeting attendance
• Tender preparation & submission
• Consulting with suppliers, subcontractors and clients to prepare accurate BOQ
• Contracts management and preparing subcontractor documents.

What do you need?

• The successful candidate will have a sound understanding of the landscape industry with at least 3 years of demonstrated experience.
• Proven success with winning tenders in Victoria
• Excellent negotiation skills
• The ability to work in a team environment
• Strong literacy and communication skills
• Australian citizenship - only current residents need to apply.
