Woods & Co have partnered with a global leader in hospitality design and the manufacturing of hotel equipment, dealing primarily with the 5-star luxury hotel and venue market. This is a fantastic opportunity within a distinguished company that is a leader in their field. 

We’re on the hunt for an experienced and confident Lead Generation Specialist to join this global team and help drive business growth through outbound calls and quality lead nurturing. With a modern workspace, supportive leadership and a strong international presence, this is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Connect with prospective clients via outbound calls using an internal CRM/database
• Qualify warm leads and set appointments for the sales team
• Build rapport and establish trust with potential customers
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPI targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth lead handover
• Monitor and report on call statistics and conversion performance
• Provide feedback and ideas to enhance marketing and outreach campaigns

What you’ll need:

• 3+ years of experience in telemarketing, outbound B2B sales, or lead generation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Strong organisational skills with laser-sharp attention to detail
• A professional, proactive, and self-motivated mindset
• Results-focused, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, KPI-driven environment
