This role offers a unique opportunity for a lawyer who wants to transition out of traditional practice into a client facing, tech focused role. You will work directly with high profile clients, guiding them through onboarding and integration of cutting-edge AI technology into their contract management processes.
Working alongside the Customer Success Manager, you’ll be central to ensuring clients achieve success from the outset, while still leveraging your legal expertise in a business context.

What do you do? - Support onboarding of new clients, ensuring seamless integration of technology into contract management workflows
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Success Manager and client legal teams
- Apply your legal expertise to customer challenges in a business/tech environment
- Build lasting relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and engagement post implementation
- Manage multiple projects and stakeholders at once
What do you need? - 2–4 years PQE from a top-tier law firm or in-house team (or equivalent paralegal/legal support experience)
- Solid understanding of contract law and commercial agreements
- Excellent project management and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Self driven, proactive, and passionate about technology and customer success
- Degree at Distinction level or equivalent
