We’re on the hunt for a Lending Associate with 2+ years of experience to join a high-performing team and play a key role in delivering seamless finance solutions to clients. If you pride yourself on building relationships and have a genuine passion for lending, this could be your next big step.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage and nurture client relationships, providing exceptional service
• Review loan applications and assist with pre-credit functions
• Prepare and analyse financial statements and loan documentation
• Uphold compliance and maintain accurate data records
• Work closely with brokers and lenders to achieve the best client outcomes

What you’ll need

• 2+ years’ experience in a lending, credit support or banking role
• Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce or a related field
• Strong grasp of financial statements and key lending fundamentals
• Experience across home loans, commercial lending, asset finance or SMSF lending
• Familiarity with mortgage broking CRMs
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
