We’re on the hunt for a
Lending Associate with 2+ years of experience to join a high-performing team and play a key role in delivering seamless finance solutions to clients. If you pride yourself on building relationships and have a genuine passion for lending, this could be your next big step.

What you’ll be doing - Manage and nurture client relationships, providing exceptional service
- Review loan applications and assist with pre-credit functions
- Prepare and analyse financial statements and loan documentation
- Uphold compliance and maintain accurate data records
- Work closely with brokers and lenders to achieve the best client outcomes
What you’ll need - 2+ years’ experience in a lending, credit support or banking role
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce or a related field
- Strong grasp of financial statements and key lending fundamentals
- Experience across home loans, commercial lending, asset finance or SMSF lending
- Familiarity with mortgage broking CRMs
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
