Litigation Associate to join their Commercial Disputes & Insolvency team in Bondi Junction.

What you’ll be doing: - Represent clients in commercial disputes (contracts, shareholder disputes, torts, etc.)
- Develop and execute litigation strategies across Supreme and Federal Court matters
- Advise on insolvency matters including liquidation, administration, and restructuring
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, petitions, and strategic advice
- Provide commercial and practical advice to clients including creditors and debtors
- Manage a diverse caseload and maintain strong client relationships
- Appear or instruct in court proceedings as required
- Mentor junior associates and participate in internal knowledge sharing
What you’ll need: - 3+ years PAE in commercial litigation and insolvency law
- Admitted to practice in NSW and Federal Courts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and solid time management
- Ability to handle multiple matters in a fast-paced legal environment
- Strong legal research and analysis skills
- Professional, collaborative, and client-focused approach
- Experience using legal tech and document management platforms (Actionstep, LexisNexis, etc.)
