Woods & Co have partnered with a local leader in reactionary maintenance, building projects and major refurbishments. An exciting opportunity for a proactive administrator to join a steadfast and inclusive team.
We're in search of an Administrator tasked to coordinate the allocation of field technicians and contractors within the Program’s team. This role includes end-to-end tracking and completion of active jobs, contract and supplier invoicing and preparation of weekly analysis reports as required.

What do you do? - Assign jobs by region and trade to trade teams.
- Liaise with clients regarding job status/s.
- Uphold relations between clients, supervisors, field technicians, contractors, suppliers and tenants.
- Compilation and close of all job information received from technicians and contractors.
- Creation of invoicing for all stakeholders and following up on inconsistencies
- Monitor information received by contractors and field staff to coordinate responses for relevant parties.
- Review Simpro for measures of productivity, hours, materials and timings.
- Proactive communication with supervisors
- Prepare weekly reports outlining active jobs, key updates and finalised invoices.
What do you need? - Previous experience in Administration or Office Assistant position
- Knowledge of the construction and maintenance industry
- Familiarity in tracking the progress of jobs with Simpro (preferred)
- Stakeholder management, with credible communication and coordination skills
- Ability to conduct and resolve incoming issues promptly.
