As they continue to scale across Asia Pacific, they’re seeking a
Managed Services Manager to lead and develop their regional Managed Services team. This is a hands-on leadership role, managing a skilled technical team responsible for support, maintenance, DevOps and project delivery across enterprise customers.
You’ll report directly to the APAC CEO, providing you with strong visibility, influence and access to senior decision makers. You’ll also work in a vibrant, diverse office that offers hybrid flexibility, autonomy and the chance to work with innovative cloud, AI and commerce technologies.

What will you be doing? - Lead and mentor a technical team delivering Managed Services across enterprise clients
- Oversee support, maintenance and project delivery within agreed SLAs
- Act as the main escalation point for complex technical issues
- Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and service excellence
- Partner with global teams to coordinate infrastructure, product and technical resources
- Contribute to presales and proposal activities by providing Managed Services insights
- Oversee operational processes, budgets and reporting to drive performance
- Foster a culture of knowledge sharing, collaboration and accountability
What do you need? - 5+ years’ experience in a technical leadership role within Managed Services or enterprise environments
- Strong knowledge of Linux systems, cloud platforms (Azure), CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Bamboo)
- Solid understanding of database administration, scripting, and network troubleshooting
- Proven experience managing teams and client escalations in high pressure settings
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- A hands-on, problem-solving mindset with strong business and commercial acumen
- Certifications in Azure, Kubernetes, or ITIL v4 are highly regarded
