Woods & Co have partnered with a start-up company that is an alternative beverage organisation challenging the traditional marketing status quo. This cutting-edge, up-and-coming beverage business is seeking a Brand and Marketing Manager to roll out their marketing strategy and solidify their position in the market.
The successful candidate will oversee the Marketing, Design, and E-Commerce teams to ensure a unified brand strategy, cutting-edge design implementation, and efficient e-commerce operations. This position requires an experienced professional with a proven history of managing project timelines, ensuring timely and effective execution of marketing initiatives, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

What will you do? - Develop and execute content strategy to boost engagement and acquisition
- Manage the Marketing, Design, and E-Commerce teams
- Oversee all marketing spends, ensuring it stays within budget
- Ensure all marketing aligns with company branding
- Lead impactful corporate communications via PR and Social Media
- Supervise the E-Commerce team to optimise online sales and website footprint
What do you need? - 3-5 years experience in a Brand or Marketing management position
- Proven track record managing successful and impactful projects
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
- Effective community management and customer relations skills
- Experience in corporate communications and PR
- Analytical skills for tracking metrics and reporting
