This role is perfect for an experienced administrator who’s ready to contribute to a team-oriented environment, enhance office efficiency, and provide outstanding client support.

What do you do? - Maintain consistent, proactive communication with clients and respond to enquiries, feedback, or issues.
- Create, plan, and schedule new jobs, ensuring timely resource allocation and effective coordination with internal teams
- Continuously monitor ongoing jobs, follow up on quotes, and update clients and teams as needed.
- Confirm Job Completion, document the results, and ensure all work meets quality standards.
- Oversee the day-to-day office tasks, supporting logistics, team communication, and vendor follow-ups.
What do you need: - Experience with trade scheduling software ideally SIMPRO or similar platforms
- High attention to detail with consistent accuracy in booking, data entry, and client communication.
- Excellent communication skills with clear verbal and written skills to manage both internal and external customer service.
- You need to be a self-starter who can learn new skills and adapt to changing demands.
