Office Coordinator /
Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of the Melbourne office and warehouse. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have outstanding communication skills, and enjoy juggling a variety of ad hoc duties, this could be the role for you!

What do you do? - Be the first point of contact for incoming calls and direct enquiries to the right department.
- Manage inbound and outbound deliveries, liaising with couriers to secure cost-effective solutions.
- Support office operations: replenish supplies, oversee equipment maintenance, and ensure smooth day-to-day running.
- Arrange travel bookings, including flights and accommodation for the team.
- Assist with client meetings and general office maintenance.
- Work alongside the Managing Director on various business projects.
- Provide training support and administration as required.
What do you need? - Previous administration or office coordination experience.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive approach and willingness to go above and beyond.
- Confidence working with platforms such as Salesforce and Microsoft Teams.
- A flexible, hands-on attitude in a busy and growing environment.
