As the Office Coordinator, you will work directly with the General Manager to assist in the smooth running of operations, event coordination, reporting and ad hoc administrative tasks.

- Assist in building a large, exciting, community-based event
- Get involved with the marketing side of the company
What do you do? - Assist with creation & development of marketing collaterals
- Develop decision frameworks and reporting for major campaigns
- Work closely with stakeholders and assist with their concerns
- Running errands & attending meetings
- Assisting to run events & activations
- Manage the GM's calendar and schedule all appointments
- Following internal and government policies & ensuring compliance adhered to at all times
- Assist with reporting and analytics relating to company's activities
What do you need? - Razor-sharp eye for detail
- Experience in administration
- Marketing degree is desirable but not essential
- Positive, go-getter attitude!
- Ability to pick up new tasks quickly
