Office Manager & PA

Woods & Co Recruitment have teamed up with a long-standing, family-run business in the hospitality space to find a part-time Office Manager & PA to support their owners. With over 20 years in the industry and multiple venues across Victoria, this business has built its name on genuine service, great experiences, and a strong connection to the community. Family and
customers are at the core of everything they do.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll be working closely with the owners, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes and playing a key part in the business’s continued growth. If you’re organised, proactive, and love making things happen, then this could be the perfect fit!

What’s in it for you:
  • $80,000 - $90,000 per annum, pro-rata (0.8 equivalent)
  • Monday to Friday hours with room for flexibility (30 hours p/w)

What you'll be doing:
  • Provide personal assistance to the owners, manage emails, calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting minutes
  • Manage customer inquiries and refunds
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including office supplies, filing systems, uniform distribution and visitor experience
  • Assist with store recruitment, staff onboarding paperwork, and regular payroll audits
  • Help coordinate new store setups to ensure smooth operations
  • Coordinate with the IT department on office equipment and email accounts
What do you need:
  • 2-3 years experience in an office support or personal assistant role
  • High proficiency in MS Office (spreadsheet management, Word docs, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational and numerical skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
