As the operations manager, you'll be overseeing customer service, order processing, logistics and stock management to ensure seamless operations and high levels of customer satisfaction. You’ll work closely with teams across various departments, guiding them toward continuous improvement while building strong relationships with both new and existing customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the customer service team
- Liaise with sales and operations to streamline ordering process and delivery
- Lead and manage the logistics and distribution team to meet deliverables
- Oversee stock control, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained to meet customer demand while minimising excess inventory
- Office and Building Management
What you need:
- 5 Years+ experience in operations management
- Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant qualification in business administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Knowledge of operations best practices, methodologies and tools.
- Results orientation and outcome focused mindset
- Customer and client relationship building / management capabilities
- Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
