Due to the rapid growth, this client is seeking to grow their team of order administrators, who have a customer service or administrative background to provide excellent customer service and coordinate tasks when required.

What do you do? - Prompt, courteous, and professional response to all correspondence via phone or email
- Importing and processing accurate data of new Fleet Orders
- Ensuring data integrity and accuracy is maintained, or otherwise communicated with business partners
- Action new orders
- Track vehicle Automotive Care Packages as required
- Process and approve creditor invoices
What do you need? - 1-2 years' experience in an admin/customer service role
- High attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use initiative and teamwork
