Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with a team who are planning to embark on a journey across Australia. We are seeking an enthusiastic and charismatic EA to assist the founder in organising his administration for an extraordinary journey. This is a rare opportunity to support a charismatic and passionate founder, walking from Wilson's Prom to Cape York, covering the length of the country over 10 months.
You will be an integral part of an event that raises funds for charity and garners significant sponsorship support. This role can be sliced and diced to the preference of the suitable candidate/s. If you're ready to commit to an adventure for the next 10 months, this opportunity is for you!

What do you do? - Manage the founder's professional and personal schedule
- Build and implement processes
- Coordinate and organise meetings, appointments, and events
- Handle email correspondence and calendar management
- Assist with travel arrangements and logistics
- Provide general administrative support as needed
What do you need? - Neurodiverse applicants prioritised, and strongly encouraged to apply.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace)
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and proactively
