Practice Manager to join the team on a 3 - 6 month contract basis, with the opportunity to move into a permanent position!!!
Your responsibilities will include leading and motivating staff, managing scheduling and resources, driving process improvements, and maintaining strong communication between teams, clients, and leadership.
What’s in it for you? - $100,000 - $120,000 + Super PRO-RATA (negotiable)
- Two office locations, Cremorne and SE Suburbs
- Role to be situated in SE Suburbs with potential flexibility to work out of Cremorne.

What do you do? - Lead and coordinate daily administrative and client services operations
- Allocate tasks and staffing across teams to meet service demands
- Drive continuous improvement in operational processes and systems
- Facilitate effective cross-team communication
- Mentor and support team members in their professional growth
- Track and report on performance metrics, staffing, and operational effectiveness
What do you need? - 3+ years in an operations or practice management role, with accounting, finance, or advisory services
- MUST have Xero Experience
- MUST have Igniton Experience
- MUST have a proficient understanding of ASIC
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with a talent for process improvement
- A people-centered leadership style, collaborative, empathetic, and culture-oriented
- Passion for workplace wellbeing, culture, and sustainable business practices
