What do you do?

• Develop products from concept design through to production handover
• Collaborate with creative, sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure successful product delivery
• Manage the product development process, focusing on commercial growth and innovation
• Ensure all stages of development samples are completed in a timely manner
• Liaise with manufacturing partners, including those in Asia, to execute product strategies
• Provide innovative solutions to maintain a competitive edge in the market

  
What do you need:

• Experience and formal training in Product Development (injection plastics would be advantageous)
• Proficiency in project management tool Monday.com, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a can-do attitude
• Strong organisational and prioritising skills with high attention to detail
• Experience working with plastic injection-moulding and food-grade materials is advantageous
• Read, speak & write Mandarin would be highly preferable however not mandatory
