• Take ownership of high-end residential projects from concept through to completion, ensuring that all developments align with the company’s vision and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including design, construction, and sales to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Maintain rigorous quality control throughout the development process, with a strong focus on luxury finishes and exceptional craftsmanship.
• Oversee project budgets, ensuring cost control while maintaining the highest levels of quality and luxury.
• Act as the central point of contact for all project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment with the project’s goals.
• Ensure all projects adhere to relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
