As a
Property Manager, you will ideally have previous experience in the real estate industry and have both excellent communication skills and a thirst for learning and growing within the business. This is a great opportunity for a candidate looking to propel their career in Property Management!

What do you do? - Handling inquiries from prospective tenants
- Assist with leasing responsibilities
- Provide knowledge in respect to VCAT
- Showing properties to prospective tenants
- New tenant preparation and induction
- Act as a support network for the Property Managers
- Liaise with landlords and tenants
- Manage repairs and maintenance
- Collect rent and arrears
- Provide impeccable customer service
- Conduct condition reports
- Book inspections
- Visit properties when required to assess issues in person
- Be on-call for tenants and landlords alike
What do you need? - Agent's Representative Certificate
- Current Australian driver’s licence
- Sound knowledge of VCAT
- A passion for real estate - our client is open to people from any background!
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Eagerness to learn and grow
- Very well organised
- Diligent and committed
