The Role?

• Maintain and grow an existing client portfolio with recurring business and referrals
• Manage both complex commercial lending application process from enquiry through to settlement
• keep track of client contact, enquiries and application status.
• Present lending strategies and other tailored advice to clients.
• Collaborate with Directors / Leaders from other divisions to develop relationships and further cement your referral base.
• Operate within relevant Regulatory and Compliance legislation.

What you need?

• 5+ years in a Private or Business Banking
• Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking is preferable but not essential
• An expert in complex loan structures
