What you’ll do: - Lead your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
- Coach, develop, and motivate your team through hands-on leadership and feedback
- Maintain high store presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Oversee stock management and operational efficiency
- Analyse sales data to make smart commercial decisions
- Be a visible, proactive presence on the shop floor, leading by example
What we’re looking for: - Proven retail management experience
- Strong customer service and sales focus
- Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and team performance
- Excellent communication and strong people management skills
- Ability to work strategically and hands-on in-store
- A positive, adaptable, and proactive approach
