Woods & Co Recruitment are looking for Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers to join a well-known Australian retail group with iconic lifestyle and apparel brands.

Available across Birkenhead, Bondi, Surry Hills, Homebush, and Sydenham, these roles let you lead passionate teams, create amazing customer experiences, and grow your career in a supportive, inclusive retail network.

What you’ll do:

• Lead your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
• Coach, develop, and motivate your team through hands-on leadership and feedback
• Maintain high store presentation and visual merchandising standards
• Oversee stock management and operational efficiency
• Analyse sales data to make smart commercial decisions
• Be a visible, proactive presence on the shop floor, leading by example

What we’re looking for:

• Proven retail management experience 
• Strong customer service and sales focus
• Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and team performance
• Excellent communication and strong people management skills
• Ability to work strategically and hands-on in-store
• A positive, adaptable, and proactive approach
