Woods & Co Recruitment is looking for a Concession Store Manager and multiple Assistant Store Managers to join a well-known Australian retail group featuring iconic lifestyle, apparel, and lingerie brands.

What you’ll do:

• Lead your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
• Coach, develop, and motivate your team through hands-on leadership and feedback
• Maintain high concession presentation standards
• Oversee stock management and operational efficiency
• Analyse sales data to make smart commercial decisions
• Be a visible, proactive presence on the shop floor, leading by example

What we’re looking for:

• Proven retail management experience
• Strong customer service and sales focus
• Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and team performance
• Excellent communication and people management skills
• Ability to work strategically and hands-on in-store
• A positive, adaptable, and proactive approach
